I FINALLY got the photos from "Once in a Lifetime," the play I was working on last semester! So I am really excited to start sorting through them and choosing ones for my portfolio. I am getting them up here as soon as I can, but I have classes, homework, and of course the process itself in sorting through the literally hundreds of photos takes a while.

I'm not taking any design classes this semester, so the theatre end of my DA page will be lacking. However, I am taking a play analysis class that the final project will require a design element. Next semester I will be working on my capstone (kind of like a mini-thesis) so I will be able to post that. Also, I may or may not be involved in the spring play. I kind of had a bad experience with the costume professor last time, so I don't know if I want to deal with that again.

The play we will be working on is called "The Heidi Chronicles." I haven't read it yet but it's set in the 1960s/70s and has a bit of a feminist vibe. I'm just excited to get out of the 1920s! Between Gypsy as my final project for costume design 2 semesters ago, to Once in a Lifetime last semester, and history of Broadway this semester, I am done with the 1920s for a little while!
